This small pocket of Vancouver offers a unique urban living experience, with a strikingly low home ownership rate and a high concentration of modern high-rise apartments. Unlike much of Vancouver, this area sees walking as the primary mode of commuting and houses a predominantly non-immigrant population. Although the area has a youthful housing stock, with most buildings constructed after 2006, it is home to a diverse age range, especially notable for a higher proportion of middle-aged residents.
